Onboarding starts with the two permission grants, then shows you the keys and sends you off dictating. Setup first, cheat sheet second.

The pill’s “cancel” hint no longer wraps onto a second line when you dictate into an app with a long name, and the pill is slightly wider so the full name fits.

Microphone problems say so. A mic delivering silence shows “mic is silent · check mute or volume” on the pill, a chosen device that can’t be used announces the fallback to your system default, and a headset that reconnects mid-session gets re-routed instead of capture dying.

Nothing new inside the app. This release exercised the built-in updater end to end before launch, so the first update you ever install has itself been through the pipeline.

One-key dictation: tap or hold Right Command, talk, and the text pastes where your cursor is. Esc cancels, Right Option re-pastes, all three keys rebindable.

Wrong-window guard: if focus moved while you talked, the transcript stays on your clipboard instead of pasting into the wrong app.

Auto-send: allowlist your agents and a finished dictation submits itself, signaled on the pill before you release the key.
